Shala.Live is a live online practise space to help us live well.
Our Open Sessions are unstructured sessions where you can practise any habit independently while benefiting from a little extra accountability.
If others book the same session, you may find yourself practising alongside a fellow member. In these early stages, I’ll often join sessions myself.
Practice yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, rehabilitation exercises, Pilates, or simply to take a moment for yourself.
Some members come because they struggle to make time for themselves.
Some are returning after illness, injury, pregnancy, burnout, or a difficult period of life.
Others simply find it easier to show up when they know someone else is showing up too.
While we are currently building out our schedule, each Tuesday and Friday at 7:30 a.m. GMT, I host a live 45 min Return to Practice session designed to help people rebuild a regular, sustainable practice.
Sometimes the hardest part is simply showing up. Shala.Live exists to make that a little easier.

Shala is hoping to not only be a place to practise, but also allowing friendships to flourish.
Members are welcome to join our WhatsApp group where we share class updates, reflections from practice, and occasionally organise informal meetups.
Joining is completely optional — some members enjoy the quiet space of practice, while others enjoy connecting with fellow students.
